Patent number: 10760305Abstract: The self-locking guillotine door assembly includes a door, a locking mechanism attached to the door, and a cable attached to the locking mechanism. Pulling the cable releases the locking mechanism and lifts the locking mechanism and door. Pushing up on the bottom of the door locks the locking mechanism and resists lifting the door. The locking mechanism can include a post, a vertical slide with a slot, connector bars and cams such that when the cable is pulled, the cable lifts the vertical slide to lift proximal ends of the connector bars, which pivots the cams to release the locking mechanism. When the enclosure door is pushed up from the bottom, the locking mechanism pivots the cams towards the top of the enclosure door to lock the locking mechanism and resist lifting of the enclosure door.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2017Date of Patent: September 1, 2020Assignee: Midmark CorporationInventors: Gregory N Taylor, Gary Silvis, Daniel L Perry, Troy N Brown

Patent number: 8412540Abstract: Methods and systems permit registration of a service provider and permit eligibility information to be provided to the service provider. Registration information is received over a financial network from a point-of-sale terminal. The registration information has an identifier associated with the point-of-sale terminal and an identification of the service provider. The identifier is associated with information identifying a device disposed at a location of the service provider in a database, permitting a communication path to the device to be established. A confirmation of registration of the point-of-sale terminal is transmitted to the device over the communication path.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2010Date of Patent: April 2, 2013Assignee: Alegeus Technologies, LLCInventors: Jeffrey Jay Erdmann, Steven T. Brown, Joanne E. Gruchalski, Rosanne Marie Butkowski, Douglas Luther Norman, Henry Anthony Widenski, Jr., Jimmie Lindsey, Greg Leininger, Mark Andrew Neuville, Daniel L. Perry

Publication number: 20080309665Abstract: A three-dimensional modeler for rapid prototyping three-dimensional modeler is registered with a global server in a network. The three-dimensional modeler receives, via a network interface, a build including information for use in generating a physical representation of a three-dimensional model. A queuing mechanism is used to determine the order in which builds are processed by a three-dimensional modeler. Processing of the build includes instructing hardware of the three-dimensional modeler to create the physical representation of the three-dimensional model. The network interface of the three-dimensional modeler may include a web server. The network interface may also be used to send diagnostics and receive feedback such as calibration data based on the diagnostics. The network interface may also be used to receive software code or data upgrades. The network interface may also be used to order supplies for the three-dimensional modeler.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 13, 2007Publication date: December 18, 2008Inventors: Richard O. Gregory, II, Daniel L. Perry
