  • Patent number: 11980180
Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for a suspended center frame attached to boom wings, and coupled to a fixed center frame. A suspended center frame can be suspended from a fixed center frame with a bearing at a pivot point to allow for pivoting in multiple axes. The suspended frame can comprise one or more dampers that are operably, pivotably coupled with the fixed frame to dampen movement of the suspended frame in the roll axis; and one or more connecting links that are operably, pivotably coupled with the fixed frame to control movement of the suspended frame in the yaw and/or pitch axis. The pivot point can be located above the center of gravity of a suspended portion of the system, and proximate a top portion of the fixed frame; and the links and dampers can be disposed at a bottom portion of the suspended frame.

  • Publication number: 20240105306
Abstract: A surgical instrument operable to sever tissue includes a body assembly and a selectively coupleable end effector assembly. The end effector assembly may include a transmission assembly and an end effector. The body assembly includes a trigger and a casing configured to couple with the transmission assembly. An information transmission system transmits instrument information received from a sensor, for example, to a secure server via a secure gateway connected to the instrument. The instrument may be previously tested on a calibration kit to pre-determine and load surgeon-specific settings onto the instrument prior to use.

  • Patent number: 5217044
Abstract: Agricultural chemicals, such as herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers, are typically sold as a liquid concentrate and are transported in plastic tanks which commonly range from 15-160 gallons in size. Often these tanks are manufactured using conventional rotational molding techniques from a thermoplastic such as high density polyethylene (HDPE). When full of liquid these tanks are heavy and are typically moved using a forklift or other suitable powered apparatus. The bottoms of these tanks flex up and down when full and further vary in size due to manufacturing variances and the physical properties of the plastic itself. The flexible suction pipe is typically installed in one of these tanks and is designed to keep the inlet of the suction pipe at or near the bottom of the tank despite flexing and other variables to maximize withdrawal of fluid from the tank. The flexible suction pipe includes an elongate flexible bellows which expands and contracts as the situation may demand.
