Abstract: A trigger guard with a hook is provided. The trigger guard includes a guard member. The guard member includes a top surface, a bottom surface opposite the top surface, a first end, and a second end opposite the first end. The guard member is sized to attach to a fire arm receiver of a fire arm below a trigger cavity so that the top surface is facing the trigger. The present invention further includes a vertical member protruding downward from the bottom surface of the guard member. A user may secure their middle finger around the vertical member, which provides additional support when holding the fire arm.
