  • Patent number: 11411530
Abstract: A photovoltaic element is provided that comprises a photovoltaic converter panel and at least one mounting arrangement. The photovoltaic converter panel defines a front surface adapted to receive solar impinging light and defines a back surface opposing the front surface. The at least one mounting arrangement is mounted to the back surface of the photovoltaic converter panel by a glue. Furthermore, a mounted surface is provided that comprises at least two such photovoltaic elements.

  • Patent number: 9985573
Abstract: A building construction surface element includes a PV-panel and, spaced therefrom, a building construction element including a mounting plate spaced from and facing the backside of the PV-panel and a thermal insulation plate. Spacers define for an interspace between the backside of PV module and the topside of the mounting plate. Building construction surface elements are used to finish building surfaces. As such building surfaces may possibly not be covered by an integer number of the building construction surface elements, dummy building construction surface elements may be provided which do not have a PV module, but whereon a more easily tailorable PV module fake is applied. By combining building construction surface elements with appropriately tailored dummies the building construction surface may be completely covered, thereby providing for a homogeneous optical appearance.

  • Publication number: 20160069031
Abstract: A street- or railway section arrangement includes the section of a street or of a railway track, a roof and/or at least one sidewall. The roof and/or sidewall is/are assembled by prefabricated plates built up on one hand by a solar converter system. Mechanical stability, thermal isolation as well as acoustical absorption according to the needs in context with the addressed arrangement is established on the other hand by a layer system of the plate. The layer system is firmly fixed to the solar converter system of the prefabricated plate.

  • Publication number: 20130291933
Abstract: The present invention concerns a light conversion device comprising at least direction of impinging light one photovoltaic light conversion layer stack (43, 51) comprising a p-i-n junction and situated between a front (42) and back (47) electrode, wherein the n-layer (49) of the layer stack (43) situated closest to the back electrode (47) consists of a n-doped silicon- and oxygen-containing (SiOx) microcrystalline layer, and is in direct contact with the back electrode (47). The invention equally concerns a corresponding method for manufacturing such a light conversion device. The requirement for intermediate adhesion/interface layers between SiOx layer and back electrode can thus be obviated, resulting in simplified manufacture.
