  • Patent number: 11464483
Abstract: An overlay system can include a substantially planar overlay base including a top side. The base can define a handle receptacle, for instance at a first end of the base. The handle receptacle can include a handle capture section optionally having a tapered profile. A centrally located elongated guide can extend longitudinally along the top side of the base to guide translational movement of the ultrasound probe holder along a longitudinal axis of the base. A handle can be configured to be attached and detached, by a user, with the handle receptacle of the base. The handle can define a channel optionally having a wedge profile. The wedge profile of the handle can correspond to the tapered profile of the handle receptacle. Engagement of the channel to the capture section of the handle receptacle can attach the handle to the base.

  • Patent number: 10315049
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a system or a non-transitory computer-readable medium of doing the same, for monitoring movement of anatomical features throughout a radiation treatment session. The method may include monitoring the movement of the anatomical features with a first modality. The method may further include obtaining positional information of the anatomical features with a second modality over a finite acquisition time. The method may also include providing an indication of a clinically relevant movement associated with the anatomical features during the finite acquisition time based on the monitored movement from the first modality.

  • Patent number: 8189738
Abstract: Radiation beam parameters are determined by manipulating a tool about a patient in order to determine a desired beam entry point and/or beam angle. In certain embodiments, a visual representation of the beam may be displayed along with images of internal and external anatomical features of the patient, and used to determine couch and/or gantry manipulation parameters to move the patient into a desired position with respect to a treatment delivery device.
