  • Patent number: 11989840
Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for managing augmented reality (AR) effects on a blockchain, comprising receiving a request to convert an AR effect into a decentralized digital asset. The implementations further include uploading an AR effect package comprising execution files of the AR effect to a decentralized server connected to a peer-to-peer network. The implementations further include generating metadata associated with the AR effect package, wherein the metadata indicates attributes of the AR effect and a storage address of the AR effect package in the decentralized server. The implementations further include generating a token universal resource identifier (tokenURI) linked to the metadata and generating, using a smart contract, the decentralized digital asset corresponding to the AR effect package and the tokenURI for storage on the blockchain and subsequent access by a content creation application.

  • Publication number: 20240127194
Abstract: Techniques for improving computing device operations are provided. A system can include an organizational database that stores a centralized set of organizational data having a plurality of device objects and a plurality of employee objects. The system can receive a notification associated with the first employee object. Additionally, the system can determine, using the organizational database, that the first device object is associated with the first employee. Moreover, the system can access a device policy for the first device object. Furthermore, the system can evaluate the device policy based at least in part on data associated with the first employee object and the notification. The evaluation of the device policy includes running a query expression against the centralized set of organizational data to return a query result. Subsequently, the system can execute an action based on the query result. The action can be associated with the first computing device.

  • Patent number: 11958451
Abstract: An electro-hydraulic brake assembly comprises a hydraulic control unit (HCU) body having a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface and defining a master cylinder bore and a pressure supply bore. A fluid reservoir is disposed on the top surface. A primary piston is slidably disposed in the master cylinder bore and configured to supply brake fluid to a wheel brake in response to pressing of a brake pedal. A pressure supply unit includes: a pressure supply piston disposed within the pressure supply bore; a motor located on the bottom surface of the HCU body and having a motor shaft. An actuator mechanism includes a threaded shaft configured to be rotated by the motor shaft, and a nut coupled to the pressure supply piston, together causing the pressure supply piston to translate linearly through the pressure supply bore in response to rotation of the motor shaft.

  • Publication number: 20240102818
Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device can proactively determine a destination and request traffic information for routes from a starting location to the destination. In some implementations, a computing device can identify some routes between a starting location and a destination as non-recommended routes and recommend other routes. In some implementations, a computing device can rank routes between a starting location and a destination based on automatically-determined user interest. In some implementations, a computing device can determine a user is familiar with a route and adjust the information presented to the user about the route accordingly.

  • Publication number: 20240101980
Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions, methods, kits, systems and apparatus that are useful for nucleic acid polymerization. In particular, recombinant polymerases and biologically active fragments thereof are provided that allow for nucleic acid amplification. In some aspects, the disclosure provides recombinant polymerases that yield lower systematic error rates and/or improved accuracy, when used in sequencing by synthesis reactions as compared to a control polymerase. In one aspect, the disclosure relates to recombinant polymerases useful for nucleic acid sequencing, genotyping, copy number variation analysis, paired-end sequencing and other forms of genetic analysis. In another aspect, the recombinant polymerases are useful for the amplification of nucleic acid templates during PCR, emPCR, isothermal amplification, recombinase polymerase amplification, rolling circle amplification, strand displacement amplification and proximity ligation amplification.

  • Patent number: 11911870
Abstract: Embodiments herein generally relate to polishing pads and methods of forming polishing pads. A polishing pad includes a plurality of polishing elements. Each polishing element comprises an individual surface that forms a portion of a polishing surface of the polishing pad and one or more sidewalls extending downwardly from the individual surface to define a plurality of channels disposed between the polishing elements. Each of the polishing elements has a plurality of pore-features formed therein. Each of the polishing elements is formed of a pre-polymer composition and a sacrificial material composition. In some cases, a sample of the cured pre-polymer composition has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of about 80° C. or greater. A storage modulus (E?) of the cured pre-polymer composition at a temperature of 80° C. (E?80) can be about 200 MPa or greater.

  • Publication number: 20090241622
Abstract: A handle-less key assembly occupies less space and is attachable to certain attachment structures for providing a key-turning torque arm. The handle-less key assembly is set with a key body, a lock fastener, and an abbreviated key handle on one end of the key body. The handle-less key assembly can be connected and overlapped in face-to-face relation with other keys or key accessories so that the same may be well combined, easily located, and convenient to carry. A torque arm extension can be formed by connecting the handle-less key assembly with other keys or key accessories or to a key post. The turning torque of the key assembly thus be enlarged via the key post, key accessory, or successively connected key bodies so that the handle-less key assembly can function properly even if the key handle is shortened and the volume of the whole key is reduced.
