  • Patent number: 12759339
Abstract: A paint tray and liner kit is provided. The kit includes a paint tray having a female receptacle, a liner in an uninverted state having an initially-interior surface and an initially-exterior surface opposite the initially-interior surface. The initially-interior surface defines an initially-interior paint well. The initially-exterior surface defines a male curvature removably received in the female receptacle of the paint tray. The liner is sufficiently flexible such that the initially-interior paint well is invertible from the uninverted state into an inverted state without perforating the liner. This may be done by application of hand force to the initially-exterior surface. In the inverted state, the initially-interior surface is an exterior surface defining a curvature that is substantially the same as the male curvature that was defined by the initially-interior surface, and the initially-exterior surface is an interior surface defining a new paint well.

  • Patent number: 12752934
Abstract: An on-ground aircraft service system includes an aircraft including a first sustainable energy module and a repository including a second sustainable energy module for replacing the first sustainable energy module when the first sustainable energy module is depleted. The aircraft includes a connector operable between an engaged mode operatively connecting the first sustainable energy module to a rest of the aircraft, and a disengaged mode operatively disconnecting the first sustainable energy module from the rest of the aircraft.

  • Publication number: 20260273995
Abstract: A paint tray and liner kit is provided. The kit includes a paint tray having a female receptacle, a liner having a sloped surface for rolling a paint roller over the sloped surface, a paint well for receiving paint in the paint well, and ribs for facilitating paint distribution over the paint roller when the paint roller is rolled over the ribs. The liner is removably received in the female receptacle of the paint tray. The liner is sufficiently flexible such that the paint well of the liner is invertible without perforating the paint well by application of hand force to the paint well, and the ribs are invertible without perforating the ribs by application of hand force to the ribs.

  • Patent number: 12636970
Abstract: A method of servicing an aircraft includes, while the aircraft is on a ground, actuating a connector module of the aircraft to release a power system of the aircraft. The power system is moved away from the aircraft using a ground vehicle that is separate from the aircraft. A different power system is moved to the aircraft in place of the power system and the connector module is actuated to engage the different power system to the aircraft. Each one of the power system and the different power system includes one of: an electric machine operatively connectable to an electric power source of the aircraft; and both a given electric machine and an electrical energy module electrically connected to the given electric machine to power the given electric machine.

  • Publication number: 20240270409
Abstract: A system for an aircraft, comprises an electric energy module; and a connector module operatively connected to the electric energy module. The connector module is: structured to attach the electric energy module to the aircraft when the connector module in an engaged mode while in use, and operable between the engaged mode and a disengaged mode, the connector module in the disengaged mode while in use disengaging the electric energy module from the aircraft.

  • Publication number: 20200167072
Abstract: A device includes a display, a processor module operatively connected with the display, and a memory module operatively connected with the processor module. The memory module stores an application executable by the processor module to display a graphical user interface (GUI) on the display and to provide a plurality of functions executable via the GUI, and instructions. The instructions are executable by the processor module to display a surrogate active area on the display instead of the GUI, the surrogate active area mapped to a function of the plurality of functions. A method of configuring a device is also disclosed.
