Abstract: A lace cinching apparatus generally configured to secure within an interior space an elastomeric lace. The lace cinching apparatus can include a first and second aperture positioned apart from each other and above a third aperture. A portion of the interior sidewalls of the first and second aperture can have groove edge configured to interface with a portion of a shoelace. The shoelace can be comprised of an elastomeric material. The geometry of the groove edge can be configured to allow for a shoelace to pass through the aperture relatively freely in a first direction but limit or impede the ability of the lace to move a second direction. A perimeter defines an interior space with a first aperture and second aperture configured to secure the loose ends the lace during use.

Abstract: A wallet assembly comprised of a pair of plaque members having a generally planar shape conforming to a standard credit card having a generally flexible composition. Each plaque having a specifically configured notch with a preselected depth along a length of each plaque of the pair of plaques to generally provide a space for the placement of a band member configured to secure the plaques in adjacency and maintain a continuously planar edge around the perimeter of the plaque members. The band member having a first side with a first width and a second side with a second width, wherein the first width is greater than the second width to form an angular edge.

Abstract: A panel assembly having a core portion positioned or formed in between a first panel portion and a second panel portion. One or more chambers can be formed between the first panel portion and the second panel portion by one or more sidewalls of the core portion. One or both panel portions can include one or more apertures that can correspond to a respective interior chamber formed between the first panel portion and the second panel portion. The core portion, first panel portion, and second panel portion can be comprised of the same material. The core portion can take any suitable configuration, including but not limited to a hexagonal honeycomb configuration.

Abstract: A surface cleaning apparatus including a housing member and a cleaning member for cleaning a textured surface. The cleaning member can be removably coupled from the housing portion. The housing member can include a housing member having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and second end can define the length of the housing member. A first end of the of the housing member can be enclosed and form top cap portion. The top wall portion includes an interior surface and an exterior surface. The second end of the housing member can be open. A sidewall extending generally perpendicular from the first end towards the second end forms a cavity. The cleaning member can be comprised of an elastomeric material.

Abstract: A grip material comprising a first material and a second material thermochemical bonded to form a unitary structure having a first surface and a second surface. The first surface can have a first set of properties, and the second surface can have a second set of properties. The first set of properties can be different than the second set of properties. The first material can be formed as a first layer providing the first surface of the unitary structure. The first material can be a TPV material containing a foaming agent. The second material can be formed as a second layer providing a second surface of the unitary structure of the grip material. The second layer can be a TPE material.
