  • Publication number: 20190105096
Abstract: An electrosurgical generator arranged to supply radio frequency (RF) energy to fuse tissue is provided. The generator is arranged to supply RF energy through a removably coupled electrosurgical instrument to fuse tissue grasped by the instrument. The generator monitors a phase angle of the supplied RF energy and adjusts or terminates the supplied RF energy based on the monitored phase angle in comparison to predetermined thresholds and conditions to optimally fuse the tissue. The electrosurgical instrument conducts radio frequency energy to fuse tissue captured between the jaws and a blade to mechanically cut tissue between the jaws.

  • Patent number: 10254414
Abstract: A method of enhancing global navigation satellite system performance includes the steps of (A) determining position information based upon (i) global navigation satellite system information, (ii) dead reckoning using one or more sensor inputs, and (iii) a correction signal, (B) when the global navigation satellite system information is unavailable, adjusting the position information and generating the correction signal based upon pre-defined map data, and (C) when the global navigation satellite system information is reacquired after being unavailable, suspending the dead reckoning for a predefined amount of time.

  • Publication number: 20180073235
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a gasket for a fluidic seal. Some embodiments include a flush valve to a toilet tank, where the gasket has a raised center portion and lowered inner and outer portions. In some embodiments, the gasket includes a plurality of recesses, troughs or grooves. Each of the three portions of the gasket has a bottom groove that can permit deformation and increases sealing capabilities when the groove either widens or narrows. Additionally, some embodiments include an inner support ring that extends inwardly from the lowered inner portion, and can center the gasket onto the flush valve.

  • Publication number: 20070117550
Abstract: A SIM card for a phone has a first memory partition on which a phone user identity and phone network access data are stored. A service usage monitoring application is stored in a memory. The service usage monitoring application (a) logs information about a service used via the phone, (b) creates a service usage record for the service activity based on the information, (c) stores the service usage record in a buffer, (d) creates a reporting message containing at least one service usage data record, (e) sends the reporting message to a remote server at a preset interval based on a triggered event, and (f) purges the at least one service usage record from the buffer upon successful transmission of the reporting message.
