    Abstract: A drain apparatus includes an entry section for being coupled to a source of fluid, an exit section for being coupled to a drain, a cleanout section for receiving pressure, and a valve system. In a first mode of the valve system, a first path between the entry system and the exit section is open. In a second mode, a second path between the cleanout section and the exit section is open while the first path is blocked.
