Abstract: A method for providing documents and information of a product lifecycle management system to a user system is disclosed. The method includes locating a latest released drawing associated with the component part number in the product lifecycle management database. The method also includes aggregating a part displacement record for each version of the component into a part replacement report. The method further includes providing a graphical user interface to the user system that displays a download link to the latest released drawing and displays a link to the part replacement report with the download link and the link located within a single window.
