  • Patent number: 12105732
Abstract: A method for executing a query on a target database against the most recent source data is disclosed. The method comprises maintaining linked—i.e., at least partially synchronized—databases comprising a source and a target database. The method comprises receiving a direct query against a table in the target database, the query comprising a request for using the most recent source data and requesting by the target database from the source database a status about latest data regarding the table. Upon the status indicating that data in the table do not correspond to the most recent data, the method comprises waiting up to a predefined time period for the most recent data of the table to be synchronized from the source database to the target database, and upon the data of the table not being synchronized within the predefined time period, the method comprises issuing a timeout signal.

  • Publication number: 20240311546
Abstract: Methods and systems for prompting a large language model (LLM) to generate a revised text passage with formatting are described. A text-editing instruction is received that is related to at least a portion of a text passage having at least one formatting tag. The text passage is processed to identify the at least one formatting tag in the text passage. A prompt to the LLM is generated, to cause the LLM to generate a revised text passage. The prompt includes the text-editing instruction related to at least the portion of the text passage and also includes a formatting-specific instruction to format the revised text passage using the at least one formatting tag in the revised text passage. The revised text passage is received and caused to be displayed based on the formatting tag.

  • Patent number: 12055700
Abstract: A light microscope has a light source for illuminating a specimen, a photon-counting detector array with a plurality of photon-counting detector elements for measuring detection light coming from the specimen, wherein the photon-counting detector elements are configured to output respective measured photon count rates, and a control device for controlling the photon-counting detector array. The control device is configured to individually influence the measurable photon count rates which are simultaneously measurable with different photon-counting detector elements and/or which are consecutively measurable with the same photon-counting detector element. Furthermore, in an imaging method the measurable photon count rates of photon-counting detector elements are individually influenced to increase the signal-to-noise ratio for the photon-counting detector array.

  • Publication number: 20240065815
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a dental method that comprises receiving a selection of a replacement tooth for a subject. The method further comprises receiving one or more three-dimensional digital tooth models descriptive of one or more teeth of the subject. The method further comprises receiving a generated three-dimensional digital model of the replacement tooth in response to inputting the one or more three-dimensional digital tooth models descriptive of one or more teeth of the subject into a tooth model generating neural network. The tooth model generating neural network comprises an encoder portion and a decoder portion. The encoder portion is configured for outputting a collective feature vector descriptive of the one or more digital tooth models. The tooth model generating neural network further comprises at least one fully connected layer configured to output a latent space vector into the decoder portion in response to receiving the collective feature vector.

  • Patent number: 11892267
Abstract: The buttstock assembly uses a modular design including interchangeable end attachments and sling strap connectors. The interchangeable end attachments allow the buttstock to have different toe heights and configurations for different shooting applications. The interchangeable strap connectors allow the use of either quick-disconnect style sling swivels or more traditional fixed strap loops as desired. The buttstock assembly also uses a “trigger” style locking mechanism to selectively position and lock the buttstock along the length of the extension tube to adjust the overall length of pull of the weapon.
