  • Publication number: 20040067178
Abstract: A system and method for treating a mold-infected building with hollow walls, ceilings, or floors using a relatively high concentration of ozone. The system includes an ozone generator that includes inlet and outlet ports that supply a constant, relatively low pressure flow of ozone to a continuous space formed inside a wall, floor, or ceiling. Special connectors are used that are inserted into two port openings formed on the wall that enables ozone to slowly flow into and out of the continuous space formed in the wall. The concentration of ozone and rate of flow is sufficient so that the ozone has sufficient time to kill the mold spores without dislodging them.

  • Patent number: 6005322
Abstract: This invention relates to a novel design of electric motor wherein a fuel cell with an electrical output is integrated with a cylindrical type monopole (homopole) electric DC motor. Power is supplied to an output shaft by the introduction of reactants to the fuel cell. The fuel cell is positioned within and rotates with the rotor of the cylindrical type monopole (homopole) DC motor. This novel compact combination of a fuel cell and a cylindrical form of monopole (homopole) electrical DC motor enables the combination to fit within a confined space.

  • Patent number: 5923106
Abstract: This invention relates to a novel design of electric motor wherein a stationary fuel cell with an electrical output is integrated with a cylindrical type monopole (homopole) electric DC motor. Power is supplied to an output shaft by the introduction of reactants to the fuel cell. The fuel cell is positioned within the hollow cylindrical stator. The stator and fuel cell are stationary. The rotor is a hollow cylinder and is positioned to rotate about the exterior of the stator. The rotor has magnets distributed around the interior of the rotor. This novel compact combination of a fuel cell and a cylindrical form of monopole (homopole) electrical DC motor enables the combination to fit within a confined space.

  • Patent number: 5044245
Abstract: A rotary precision circle cutter device, wherein the material to be cut is placed on a table which is rotatably mounted on a base, and cut by a cutting implement attached to an articulated cutter arm assembly mounted on the base. The articulated cutter arm assembly movably extends over the rotatable table in a direction generally perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the table, with the cutting implement being securable in any of a plurality of positions along the radius of the table by movement of the articulated cutting arm. In a preferred embodiment, the rotatable table is mounted on a swing arm to allow the rotatable table to move with respect to the base, and detachably mounted template cams are employed, which rotate conjointly with the table and a template-cam engaging bearing, such that the axis of rotation of the table can be displaced with respect to the cutter arm to trace a shape congruent with the shape of the template can during conjoint rotation of the table and template cam.
