Patent number: 11995846Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including medium-encoded computer program products, for three-dimensional object tracking includes, in at least one aspect, a method including: obtaining three-dimensional positions of objects registered by a detection system configured to allow more false positives so as to minimize false negatives, forming hypotheses using a filter that allows connections between registered objects when estimated three-dimensional velocity vectors roughly correspond to an object in motion in three-dimensional space, eliminating a proper subset of the hypotheses that are not further extended during the forming, specifying at least one three-dimensional track of at least one ball in motion in three-dimensional space by applying a full three-dimensional physics model to data for the three-dimensional positions used in the forming of at least one hypothesis that survives the eliminating, and outputting for display the at least one three-dimensional track of the at least one ball in motion in thrType: GrantFiled: November 1, 2021Date of Patent: May 28, 2024Assignee: Topgolf Sweden ABInventors: Daniel Forsgren, Anton Mikael Jansson, Stein Norheim

Patent number: 10844912Abstract: A clutch actuator (1) has a preload plunger able to move a clutch actuating pushrod (49) wherein the preload plunger (19) is able to be preloaded by a preload spring (21) arranged between the preload plunger and a movable body (17). The clutch actuator is adapted to be operated such that during use when the clutch is engaged there is a force-reducing gap (61) of width (x5) between the movable body and the preload plunger. Control means for controlling such a clutch actuator are also disclosed.Type: GrantFiled: January 25, 2017Date of Patent: November 24, 2020Assignee: KONGSBERG AUTOMOTIVE ASInventors: Geir Brudeli, Daniel Norheim, Stein-Erik Arne

Patent number: 10781799Abstract: An actuator, comprising an actuation member positionable into a first retracted position and a second extended position, and a retaining member structured to maintain the actuation member in the first retracted position, and to selectively release the actuation member from the first retracted position in response to an extension force.Type: GrantFiled: July 27, 2018Date of Patent: September 22, 2020Assignee: Eaton Cmmins Automated Transmission Technologies, LLCInventors: Andreas Ljosland Kvålseth, Bjørn Iversen, Daniel Norheim, Henrik Haugum, Paal Foyn

Patent number: 10480540Abstract: Disclosed and claimed is a double-acting cylinder comprising a cylinder housing, a first floating piston, a second floating piston and a central piston which is movable to three stationary positions along an actuation direction of the cylinder. A movement of the floating pistons in the cylinder bore is delimited by end stop arrangements. A movement of the central piston in the cylinder bore is delimited by the first and the second floating piston. Each floating piston comprises a first section and a second section. A circumferential length of the floating pistons is greater in the first section than in the second section. In the first sections a first seal is arranged for a sealing engagement with an inner wall of the cylinder bore. In the second sections a second seal is arranged for a sealing engagement with the inner wall of the cylinder bore or an inner wall of the central piston.Type: GrantFiled: September 22, 2015Date of Patent: November 19, 2019Assignee: KONGSBERG AUTOMOTIVE ASInventor: Daniel Norheim

Patent number: 6746220Abstract: A pressure fluid-delivery device comprising a cylinder, a piston and a reservoir for a fluid. A V-seal is mounted in an annulus between the cylinder and the piston. An axial movement of the piston forwards relative to the cylinder results in a delivery of a pressure fluid from the cylinder space. A first leg, in a similar fashion to a check valve, hereby springingly attempts to seal an outlet opening of a channel, which communicates with the reservoir. When the piston is moved backwards, this leg can open the outlet opening, admitting fluid into the cylinder space. The seal rests on a forwardly facing, radially outwardly extending surface of the piston. The seal's first leg projects slantingly radially inwards and is arranged to come into abutment against an axially extending portion of the piston. The seal's second leg projects slantingly radially outwards and constantly abuts sealingly against the cylinder surface.Type: GrantFiled: June 26, 2002Date of Patent: June 8, 2004Assignee: Kongsberg Automotive ASAInventor: Daniel Norheim

Publication number: 20030010202Abstract: A pressure fluid-delivery device comprising a cylinder (1), a piston (2) and a reservoir (61) for a fluid. A V-seal (10) is mounted in an annulus between the cylinder (1) and the piston (2). An axial movement of the piston (2) forwards relative to the cylinder (1) results in a delivery of a pressure fluid from the cylinder space (40). A first leg (12), in a similar fashion to a check valve, hereby springingly attempts to seal an outlet opening (43) of a channel (30) which communicates with the reservoir (61). When the piston is moved backwards, this leg (12) can open the outlet opening (43), admitting fluid into the cylinder space (40). The seal (10) rests on a forwardly facing, radially outwardly extending surface (6) of the piston (2). The seal's (10) first leg (12) projects slantingly radially inwards and is arranged to come into abutment against an axially extending portion (3) of the piston.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 26, 2002Publication date: January 16, 2003Inventor: Daniel Norheim
