  • Patent number: 11972095
Abstract: Various embodiments discussed herein enable client applications to be heavily integrated with a voice assistant in order to perform commands associated with voice utterances of users via voice assistant functionality and also seamlessly cause client applications to automatically perform native functions as part of executing the voice utterance. Such heavy integration also allows particular embodiments to support multi-modal input from a user for a single conversational interaction. In this way, client application user interface interactions, such as clicks, touch gestures, or text inputs are executed alternative or in addition to the voice utterances.

  • Publication number: 20180060778
Abstract: A transport facilitation system can receive current location data from driver devices of drivers operating throughout a given region. The system can further receive a pick-up request from a user device of a requesting user within the given region, the pick-up request including pick-up location data. The system can determine a plurality of candidate drivers to service the pick-up request based, at least in part, on the pick-up location data and current location data of the candidate drivers. The system can predict a future location for each of the candidate drivers and select a first driver from the candidate drivers to service the pick-up request based on the predicted future locations. The system may then transmit a transport invitation to the first driver to service the pick-up request.

  • Publication number: 20070010441
Abstract: This invention relates to proteins (e.g., peptides) that are capable of facilitating transport of an active agent through a human or animal gastro-intestinal tissue, and derivatives (e.g., fragments) and analogs thereof, and nucleotide sequences coding for said proteins and derivatives. The proteins of the invention have use in facilitating transport of active agents from the lumenal side of the GIT into the systemic blood system, and/or in targeting active agents to the GIT. Thus, for example, by binding (covalently or noncovalently) a protein of the invention to an orally administered drug, the drug can be targeted to specific receptor sites or transport pathways which are known to operate in the human gastrointestinal tract, thus facilitating its absorption into the systemic system.

  • Publication number: 20060275746
Abstract: A method of identifying a peptide which permits or facilitates the transport of an active agent through a human or animal tissue. A predetermined amount of phage from a random phage library or preselected phage library is plated unto or brought into contact with a first side, preferably the apical side, of a tissue sample or polarized tissue cell culture. At a predetermined time, the phage which is transported to a second side of the tissue opposite the first side, preferably the basolateral side, is harvested to select transported phage. This modified phage is amplified in a host. This cycle of events is repeated (using the transported phage produced in the most recent cycle) a predetermined number of times to obtain a selected phage library containing phage which can be transported from the first side to the second side.
