Abstract: Mixing device and applicator for sealants formed by a main body and a handle (1), wherein the main body comprises a container-carrying sheath (7), a rotating cylinder (14), a gear module (11) that can be coupled to a rotor and a set of mechanisms that eject the sealant material. By actuating a trigger (2), a speed regulator (3) and a rotation selector (4) present in the handle (1) in a first action the cylinder (11) rotates in one sense mixing the material and in a second action it changes the sense of rotation and by actuating a cylinder locking system (19 and 20) present in the main body the device ejects the sealant material.

Abstract: A bracket for supporting a vehicle control module, such as a powertrain control module, is disclosed. The bracket includes a body having a base wall, nodes or support posts, and side walls. The base wall includes back and module-receiving sides. An array of intersecting ribs is formed on the back side while at least one array of honeycomb segments is formed on the module-receiving side. At least one of the honeycomb segments includes a top layer. Substrate attachment arms extend outwardly from the side walls. Support posts extend from the back side of the base wall. Three intersecting ribs are provided, generally forming a triangle. One or more additional ribs may be provided. The intersecting ribs are hollow. The individual ribs function as structural beams that connect to and thus work in conjunction with the nodes or support posts and the honeycomb to provide optimum stiffness to the bracket.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a mixer and applicator device for mixing and applying a compound obtained by means of mixing two products which comprises: a casing which internally houses a movable push rod, where the casing allows housing a container which is fixed to the casing, a drill or rotor for driving the movable push rod, a base part coupled to a rear portion of the drill or rotor, at least one guide which is secured at a first end on the base part and at a second end on the casing where the ends of the at least one guide are fixed on the casing such that the at least one guide allows the fixing and rotation of the casing, and at least one member going through the at least one guide respectively such that the rotation of the casing does not take place in response to the actuation of the drill or rotor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a mixer and applicator device for mixing and applying a compound obtained by means of mixing two products which comprises: a casing (1) which internally houses a movable push rod (13), where the casing allows housing a container (2) which is fixed to the casing by fixing means (9), driving means for driving the movable push rod, fitting and fixing means for fitting and fixing the driving means, rotation blocking or release means for blocking or releasing the rotation of the casing, where the fitting and fixing means comprise press fit means and guides which are secured at one end on the fitting and pressing means (5) and on the other hand on the casing (1). As a result of this device it is possible, using the same device, to prepare a compound by means of mixing a base product and a catalyst and to further be able to dispense it without having to perform any disassembly or adaptation whatsoever in the container or in the means used for the mixing.
