The first and second posts may telescope within each other such that the first and second opening(s) can align. The height adjustment mechanism may adjust a height of the post assembly such that when the handle is rotated around the pivot point and toward the post assembly, the locking device may be inserted through the aligned first and second openings, and when the handle is rotated around the pivot point and away from the post assembly, the locking device may be removed from the aligned first and second openings.
