  • Publication number: 20240091138
Abstract: Topical formulation containing pregabalin for long-term analgesic activity. The composition is prepared using high pressure homogenization, which changes the structure of the composition. The analgesic effect of the compounds of the present invention is significantly increased compared to reference formulations homogenized with equipment of the same quantitative composition but less shearing forces.

    Filed: January 24, 2022
    Publication date: March 21, 2024
    Applicant: EGIS GYÓGYSZERGYÁR ZRT.

  • Publication number: 20240082190
Abstract: The present invention relates to a topical pharmaceutical composition comprising pregabalin and a reduced micellar phospholipid as an active ingredient, which results in a prolonged analgesic effect of pregabalin. The product can reduce neuropathic pain by at least 5 hours.

  • Publication number: 20240082192
Abstract: Topical formulation containing pregabalin for long-term analgesic activity. The composition is prepared using high shear mixers or homogenizers such as HPH or ultrasonic devices, which changes the structure of the composition. The analgesic effect of the compounds of the present invention is significantly increased compared to reference formulations homogenized with equipment of the same quantitative composition but less shearing forces.

  • Publication number: 20210225518
Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science, data analysis, and computer software and systems to apply psychological science and principles to provide an interface, as one of a number of sources of text, for facilitating memory recall, and, more specifically, to a computing and data storage platform that facilitates recall of one or more memories collaboratively and performs in-situ text-based analysis automatically to calculate one or more linguistic measures to predict a cognitive disorder or deficiency. In some examples, a method may include receiving data representing text, classifying words based on a syntactic function to analyze the text, identifying portions of sentences and identifying a source of the text. In some cases, the method includes executing instructions to characterize text and portions of sentences, the characterized data being indicative of a cognitive state or a deficiency thereof.

  • Patent number: 10401453
Abstract: A method of acquiring magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data from an MRI scan of an object includes generating a number of excitation sequences by, in order: generating an excitation pulse, generating an imaging magnetic field gradient, and generating a spoiler magnetic field gradient. MRI data is acquired during the generation of the spoiler magnetic field gradients. The spoiler magnetic field gradients are selected such that, during each excitation sequence, substantially the same k-space trajectory is traversed during the generation of the spoiler magnetic field gradient.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 22, 2017
Date of Patent: September 3, 2019
Assignees: Siemens Healthcare Limited, Siemens Healthcare GmbH, University College, London
Inventors: Iulius Dragonu, Craig Buckley, Heiko Meyer, Nikolaus Weiskopf, Martina Callaghan, Daniel Papp

  • Publication number: 20190034536
Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science, data analysis, and computer software and systems to apply psychological science and principles to provide an interface for facilitating memory recall, and, more specifically, to a computing and data storage platform that facilitates recall of one or more memories collaboratively and adapts presentation of the one or more memories. In some examples, a method may include identifying data representing a subset of stimuli, determining a cue as data representing a supplemental stimulus, and adapting a recollection based on the supplemental stimulus.
