  • Publication number: 20220249009
Abstract: Automated assessment of neural response recordings involves storing a set of basis functions comprising at least one compound action potential basis function and at least one artefact basis function. Neural recordings of electrical activity in neural tissue are obtained by application of stimuli, using a single configuration of stimulation and recording. Each neural recording is decomposed by determining at least one parameter which estimates at least one of a compound action potential and an artefact. The at least one parameter is/are determined for each respective one of the plurality of neural recordings, to yield a plurality of values. A spread of the plurality of values is determined. An indication that the neural response recordings are of higher quality is output if the spread is small. An indication that the neural response recordings are of lower quality is output if the spread is large.

  • Publication number: 20220215489
Abstract: Implementations of the disclosed subject matter may provide a method of retrieving a data record including historic utility bill statements of a customer, determining a historic energy usage rate of the customer based on the retrieved data record, and determining whether the customer is eligible to subscribe to a community solar energy generating system based on geographic location of the community solar energy generating system, the determined historic energy usage rate of the customer, and the customer's geographic location. The method may determine an allocation of energy produced by the community solar energy generating system when the eligible customer is enrolled in a subscription to the community solar energy generating system. The method may generate a customer data record for the user based on credits for the allocation of energy of the community solar energy generating system and receiving energy from another energy generating system.

  • Publication number: 20220003421
Abstract: A cooktop is designed to be operated either in a cooking operation or in a lighting operation, with the modes of operation not being able to occur together. Within cooking operation, the cooktop controller controls heating devices of the cooktop and light sources of the cooktop in a cooking lighting mode, wherein a luminosity of the light sources is limited to a cooking luminosity below the maximum luminosity in the process. Within lighting operation, the light sources are not controllable by the cooktop controller but can only be controlled by the light controller in an illumination lighting mode, wherein to this end the light controller receives the corresponding commands for the light sources from an external control apparatus by way of a communications device. In this case, a luminosity of the light sources can be maximal.
