Abstract: The invention provides a method of cooking an intermediate preparation for preparing a cooked dish in an oven, the method being characterized in that it is implemented by placing said intermediate preparation under a device (1) without coming into contact therewith, at least the portion (2) of the device that overlies the top surface of said intermediate preparation presenting a plurality of perforations (3) enabling temperature uniformity to be improved at said top surface, the distance between said top surface and said portion overmounting said top surface, and the size and the distribution of the perforations being selected so as to improve the distribution of the heat communicated by the oven to said intermediate preparation during cooking and/or avoiding local overheating during said cooking. It also provides a cooking bell (1) suitable for implementing the method.

Abstract: The method comprises the steps consisting in: lining a mold (30) of elongate shape and substantially U-shaped section with a pastry dough (50) covering the bottom of the mold and its side walls over a fraction only of their height up from the bottom, pouring a confectioner's mix (58) onto the dough, covering the dough and the confectioner's mix with a trimming of fruit or pieces of fruit (62) mixed with a gelling composition by pouring the trimming into the mold up to the top thereof, and baking the dough and the confectioner's mix with the trimming in the mold.

Abstract: The invention relates to a lid (1) for covering a pastry-making pan in a leaktight manner, in particular, a pie pan (2), the lid being characterized in that it includes at its periphery, means (8) enabling said pan to be covered in leaktight manner when applied thereagainst, and on its inside surface for facing said pan, a plurality of projections (3). The invention also provides a complete package for a frozen or deep-frozen preparation constituted by a pastry-making pan (2) closed by means of a lid (1) and/or by means of a membrane including the imprint of the lid. The invention also provides the use of the lid and/or of the package for freezing an intermediate preparation for use in preparing a pastry.

Abstract: The method comprises steps consisting in: preparing a pastry dough, part-baking the pastry dough, shaped in a mold, in an oven to obtain a part-baked pie base; preparing a filling such as a cream or quiche filling, assembling the part-baked pie base with the filling to obtain a deep-frozen preparation comprising the filling disposed on the pie base, and packaging the intermediate product obtained. This enables a sweet or savory pie to be produced by adding a garnish and final baking to finish baking the pie base.

Abstract: A connector assembly is effected between a board with a plurality hole of holes of given internal diameter and a connection body having an insulating piece with bores therein equal in number to the holes of the board and generally aligned therewith. Pins equal to the number of holes and bores have opposite ends projecting respectively beyond parallel faces of the insulating piece. Each of the pins has from its end proximate to the board, a first longitudinal section of a diameter smaller than the internal diameter of the holes in the board, a second longitudinal section of a diameter larger than the internal diameter and a tapered part joining the first and second sections, at least one guiding part located in a corresponding bore of the insulating piece and the pin terminating in a male connection member.
