    Abstract: A punch roller bypass unit is disclosed. An illustrative embodiment of the punch roller bypass unit includes a unit frame having a pair of spaced-apart tracks, a first roller carried by the tracks and a second roller carried by the tracks in positionally adjustable relationship with respect to the first roller. A method of bypassing a paper web around a punch roller in a punching unit of a paper processing system is also disclosed.
