According to one embodiment the blank of flexible sheet material includes a main bottom portion having a front toe area, a rear heel area and opposed sides, said main bottom portion being in the general shape of a foot sole. A front strap portion having an elongated shape extends outward from one of the opposed sides of the main bottom portion near the front toe area and having a free end, and a pair of heel-strap flaps extend outward from opposite sides of the main bottom portion near the rear heel area and configured to form an enclosed heel portion and a rear strap of the shoe upper. According to another embodiment the front strap is formed separately from the main bottom portion and pair of heel-strap flaps.

Abstract: A footwear article that is a flat sheet of material that can be rolled up and which is configured to be coupled to a wear's ankle and at least one of the wearer's toes. The sheet of material includes a through-hole at one end that is configured to receive a wearer's ankle and at least toe strap at an opposite end configured to receive a wearer's toe(s). According to one embodiment the at least one toe strap is defined by and between a pair of slits formed in the sheet of material. When worn the through-hole surrounds a wearer's ankle and the web or toe strap(s) extends over one of more toes of the wearer.

Abstract: A holder for confectioneries and particularly frozen confectioneries. The holder includes a receptacle having a shape that is complementary to the shape of the confectionery and being configured to allow a major portion of the confectionery to be exposed when the confectionery is received in and supported by the receptacle, and a handle coupled to a bottom portion of the receptacle to allow the holder to be hand held. The holder is particularly useful for holding frozen confectioneries such as ice cream bars, ice cream sandwiches, etc. that are not provided with handles.
