  • Patent number: 9149000
Abstract: An agricultural machine is disclosed. The agricultural machine includes a frame including a first axle on a first side of the frame and a second axle on a second side of the frame; and a bogie axle pivotably mounted on each of the first and second axles of the frame. Each bogie axle includes a body with a front axle disposed at a front end of the body and a rear axle disposed at a rear end of the body. A front tire is mounted on the front axle of each bogie axle and a rear tire is mounted on the rear axle of each bogie axle. The front tire is a different size than the rear tire.

  • Publication number: 20040069544
Abstract: A combined truck and delivery box auger apparatus is disclosed for transporting, discharging and optionally mixing feed. The apparatus includes a chassis and an engine secured to the chassis. A transmission is drivingly coupled to the engine. A gearbox is secured to the chassis, the gearbox having a first and a second input and an output. The output of the gearbox is selectively driven by the first and second input, the first input being drivingly connected to the transmission. The second input is drivingly connected to a hydraulic motor which is driven by the engine. The arrangement is such that in a first mode of operation, the truck is driven by the transmission and in a second mode of operation, the truck is driven by the hydraulic motor, the second mode of operation enabling a slow ground speed for the discharge of the feed.

  • Patent number: 6013880
Abstract: A material supporting apparatus is disclosed for supporting and permitting delivery of the materials. The apparatus includes a chassis having a first and a second end. A container is mounted upon the chassis and a stabilizing device is interconnected between the container and the chassis. The stabilizing device is disposed between the container and the chassis for stabilizing the container relative to the chassis. A restraining mechanism extends between the chassis and the container for permitting limited vertical movement of the container relative to the chassis. Also, a weight sensing arrangement is disposed between the container and the chassis for sensing the weight of the container and the materials added thereto and for determining therefrom the weight of the materials within the container. Additionally, a coupling device is disposed between the chassis and the container and positioned remote from the stabilizing device for assisting the stabilizing of the container relative to the chassis.

  • Patent number: 5544762
Abstract: A separating apparatus is disclosed for separating debris from materials. The apparatus includes a container which defines an opening for the flow therethrough of the materials. A frame is disposed adjacent to the opening. The frame has a first side which is pivotally connected to the container about a pivotal axis. A second side of the frame is disposed remote from the first side. A separating device is pivotally secured to the frame about a further pivotal axis. The separating device extends across the opening between the first and second side of the frame when in a first disposition thereof. An actuator co-operates with the separating device for permitting movement of the separating device to a second disposition thereof away from the frame and the opening.
