An example system includes a sensory node which gathers sensor data including occupancy data. The system uses the sensory node to gather and process condition data to establish normal behavioral characteristics of the data. Threshold levels are determined from this processing. An alert is transmitted when conditions are detected that fall outside those threshold levels. The alert includes information regarding the detected conditions, occupancy information, and structure data.
