The icebreaker message may be structured and context-based. The icebreaker message may be routed to different users based on one or more variables. A user may reply directly to the icebreaker message, and the reply may not be visible to other user. The reply may be sent to the poster and a private one-on-one chat between the poster and the user may be initiated. Different users may be individually connected to the poster in real-time in private one-on-one chat threads by replying directly to the icebreaker message.
