Abstract: There is disclosed packaging for edible product comprising a base component and a separate lid component. The base component is formed from a folded blank and has an opening which provides access to a hollow interior for storing edible product. The lid component is bonded to the base component so as to close the opening and inhibit access to the interior. The lid component comprises an access panel which can be moved with respect to the base component to open the packaging and provide access to the interior through the opening. There is also disclosed a method for manufacturing a packaged product.
