  • Patent number: 10990244
Abstract: A navigation apparatus displays nodes of a navigation tree stored in a storage device in a manner that one selected node is displayed in an expanded display form and further nodes are displayed in a reduced display form on a display unit. • Patent number: 9944503
Abstract: A system for transporting and testing a crane includes a crane, a transporting frame and a foundation. A first connecting mechanism is provided for establishing a releasable connection between the crane and the transporting frame. A second connecting mechanism is provided for establishing a releasable connection between the transporting frame and the foundation. In a starting state, the crane, the transporting frame and the foundation are separate from one another. In a transporting state, the crane is connected to the transporting frame. In a testing state, the crane is connected to the transporting frame and the transporting frame is connected to the foundation. The invention also relates to a corresponding method. The invention makes it possible for the crane to be assembled, and tested, at a site remote from an offshore wind turbine.

  • Publication number: 20070212820
Abstract: A method and device comprising an easily reworkable alpha particle barrier is provided. The easily reworkable alpha particle barrier is applied in the space between the surface of the chip and the surface of the substrate, and reduces soft error rate (SER). Further, the easily reworkable alpha particle barrier material is chosen from the group of an organic material, a hydrocarbon, more specifically a polyalphaolefin (PAO) oil, and a polymer or filled polymer; wherein the polyalphaolefin oil has a viscosity below 1000 cSt (at 100° C.). The easily reworkable alpha particle barrier material can be used with multichip modules (MCM's) allowing easy device rework of one or more dies without affecting other dies on the same substrate.
