The control box includes a memory unit operably connected to a processing unit enabled to store display patterns and at least one LED button operably connected to at least one LED strip. The processing unit operably connected to at least one LED matrix button operably connected to the LED matrix to display at least one of the display patterns. The alert system is attached to a transport unit.
