Abstract: The present invention relates to a vehicle egress assistance device primarily comprised of a body, further comprised of a first end with a rubber tip and a second end with at least one handle. The device is designed to assist a user when entering (or exiting) a vehicle by removably attaching to the door latch of the vehicle. At least one rubber tip of the first end of the body is inserted into the latch, such that the device is retained within the latch. A user can then grasp the handle to lift themselves out of the vehicle using the device. The body may further be comprised of a hinge, such that the device can fold. In another embodiment, the handle is further comprised of a wrist strap to ensure the hand of the user does not slip from the device during use.
