    Abstract: There is disclosed a unique composition which essentially comprises a granule or cell or garlic having adhered thereto a suitable amount of zinc oxide. The zinc oxide acts as a buffer to alleviate the unpleasant aftereffects which are cused by the ingestion or consumption of garlic. In this manner zinc oxide functions to digestively avoid such unpleasant aftereffects associated with the ingestion or consumption of garlic.
