An agricultural implement may include a frame configured to couple to an agricultural vehicle, a float arm pivotably coupled to the frame, a cutterbar coupled to float arm, and a biasing component disposed between the float arm and the frame that biases the float arm away from the frame.

Abstract: A harvesting machine includes a cutter head having a cutter bar for cutting crop from a ground surface and a rotatable reel located above the cutter bar. Reel arms of the reel each include a plurality of fingers thereon to engage the crop. The cutter head also has an actuator configured to adjust a pitch of the fingers with respect to the reel arms. A controller is operably connected with the cutter head and is configured to receive an input on a cutter head posture relative to the ground surface, with the input on the posture of the cutter head including one or more of a height of the cutter head or an angle of the cutter head relative to the ground surface. The controller operates the actuator to automatically control the pitch of the plurality of fingers based on the received input on the posture of the cutter head.

Blower heads can blow across the side belt and towards the center of the feed belt. Blower heads can be located below the side belt. Blower heads can be located near the front of the feed belt and blow towards the collection machine. A feed drum can move material towards the collection machine, and blower heads can blow across the feed drum and towards the feed belt or collection machine. Blower heads can be movable, or have adjustable flow rate, velocity, direction or spread.

Abstract: Systems and apparatuses for detecting an amount of steering articulation of a steering system are disclosed. The systems and apparatuses may be applied to steering systems of agricultural header transport systems. The systems and apparatuses may include a first component moveable with a first steering component and a second component that is movable with a second steering component. The first component and the second component may interact to generate a notification that a selected amount of steering articulation has occurred or is about to occur. The notification may be provided to an operator, such as in the form of a visual, audible, or haptic output.

Abstract: A harvester head reel may include a bat support and an extendable bat supported by the bat support. The extendable bat may have a first segment and a second segment overlapping the first segment. The harvester head reels may further include a first finger extending from the first segment and a second finger extending from the second segment.
