Storage media encoded with emergency warning light system instructions for execution by one or more of the processors controls the actuation of the emergency warning light system and controls light patterns generated by the emergency warning light system. The storage media is further encoded with siren system instructions for execution by one or more of the processors for controlling the actuation of the siren system and for controlling audible sounds generated by the siren system.

Abstract: An adjustable thermal die assembly is provided. The thermal die assembly includes a thermal forming die and at least one insert. The thermal forming die has at least one die cavity of a select shape. The die further has at least one opening to the at least one die cavity. The at least one insert has at least one internal passage that is conformed to have a shape of the at least one opening to the at least one die cavity of the die. Moreover, the at least one insert is configured and arranged to be selectively coupled to the die with the at least one internal passage of the at least one insert aligning with the at least one opening of the at least one die cavity to selectively increase a depth of a forming cavity of the thermal forming assembly.

Isolated power line communication (PLC) modules between the light bar, the siren and the control head transmit the control signals over the power lines.

Abstract: The exercise device of the present invention includes an elongated rigid bar having a handle disposed at one end and a joint projection disposed at the opposite end. The joint projection is pivotably received by the joint collar of an exercise attachment. In an alternate embodiment, a second joint projection is provided at the opposite end of the exercise device to pivotably receive a second exercise attachment. The pivoting connection between the exercise attachments and the rod mimics normal biomechanical movement to decrease the chance of injury or re-injury to the user. The exercise device is telescopically extendable to selectively change its usable length.

Abstract: A grease fitting is made by forming its outer shell in a series of cold forging steps to make a blank with the necessary thread blank at one end, a hexagonal center portion, and with a grease-fitting-mating nipple outline at the other end. Threads are rolled onto the thread blank, and the grease-gun-mating nipple is rolled to smooth and burnish its surface. The grease fitting is then successively drilled to make a hole of three different diameters to form the one-way valve ball seat and two ball spring clearance diameters. The ball and spring are inserted, and the end of the hole is formed over the end of the spring to capture the spring into place.
