Abstract: The present invention concerns a plastic foil, comprising at least one first layer of a plastic composition containing a first transparent plastic, as well as 0.01 to 15 wt. % transparent polymer diffusion particles, related to the total mass of the first layer, and at least one second layer of a plastic composition, containing a second transparent plastic and 0.01 to 5 wt. % a UV absorber, related to the total mass of the second layer, characterised in that the refraction index, determined according to DIN EN ISO 489 at 23° C. and 589 nm, of the second layer differs from the refraction index of the first layer by at least 0.6%. Further objects of the invention are the use of the plastic foil as an optical uncoupling foil, an organic radiation emitting construction element containing the plastic foil, as well as the use of the construction element as an organic light emitting diode (OLED).
