Abstract: A cigar fabricating apparatus, comprising of a container having a bottom panel, one or more side walls, an interior and an open top above said bottom panel. Said container supports an elevated panel that is positioned in between said bottom panel and said open top, said elevated panel dividing said interior into upper and lower sections with an upper closure that enables the open top to be closed. The interior has a shell holder above the elevated panel, the shell holder having multiple separate loading stations and a plurality of shells, each shell sized and shaped to removably fit and occupy a loading station. Multiple shells can be filled with smokable filler material. Panel openings in the elevated panel enable any misdirected tobacco filler that is dispensed to the shells via the open top to fall below the elevated panel and to said lower section.

Abstract: A nicotine dispensing apparatus and method including at least one liquid containing insert and associated solid nicotine, wherein by applying pressure to the wall of the dispensing apparatus liquid can be released from the liquid containing insert and dissolve/absorb the associated solid nicotine for release and consumption by a consumer.

Abstract: A smoking article provides a purchased, as-built cigar that can be disassembled to form multiple cigars, enabling a consumer to make his or her own cigars using custom tobacco filler. The as-built cigar is capped as part of its construction, preferably at one end or at both ends. A smoker removes the cap or caps to enable smoking of the as-built cigar or disassembly into layers. Each layer can then be rolled with a smoker's custom tobacco. The inner layer contains tobacco filler. Upon disassembly, the inner layer and tobacco filler can be smoked. Alternatively, the inner layer can be pulled apart at a provided serration to discard the tobacco filler and then filled and rolled with a smoker's custom tobacco filler material.

Abstract: A product and method of making thereof for the consumption of smokable substances such as tobacco or herbs. The product is comprised of smokable substances such as smokable herbs, plants, tobacco, homogenized tobacco and/or natural leaf materials and has a hollow conical shape that allows for the easy insertion of smokable substances. Additionally, the conical or frustoconical shape of the product provides for larger amounts of smokable substances in the end of the product the consumer lights, resulting in an initial slower prolonged burn and more even distribution of nicotine. Additionally, placement of a supporting insert into the interior of the product supports the conical shaped of the product when packaged along with supporting during the process of being filled.

Abstract: The present invention relates methods and apparatuses for hydrating a smokable filler or tobacco product. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods for hydrating and smoking a smokable filler or tobacco product packaged for sale and for packaging a smokable filler or tobacco product for sale and apparatuses for hydrating a smokable filler or tobacco product packaged for sale. In one embodiment, separate volumes of fluid and dried tobacco are in separate chambers of a common package.
