  • Patent number: 12643628
Abstract: A drive system of a vehicle which is operable using muscular energy and/or motor power. The drive system includes a drive unit and a frame interface, the drive unit being at least partially situated between a first wall and a second wall of the frame interface. The drive system further includes a holding device, which holds the drive unit on each of the two walls, the holding device being fixed in place on the second wall; and a tolerance compensation element. The first wall has a first wall opening. The tolerance compensation element is developed in the form of a sleeve and is situated inside the first wall opening. A part of the holding device is disposed inside the tolerance compensation element in an axially movable manner.

  • Patent number: 12552490
Abstract: A method and a drive system for adapting a drive assist by an electric drive motor of an electrically drivable bicycle. The method includes: ascertaining an instantaneous rider torque exerted by a rider of the bicycle on a drive train of the bicycle, ascertaining rider torque statistics based on a plurality of rider torques ascertained over time, ascertaining an assignment rule between the rider torque statistics and a predefined target load spectrum for the bicycle, the assignment rule approximating the rider torque statistics to the target load spectrum, establishing a motor torque corresponding to the instantaneous rider torque, based on the assignment rule, and operating the electric drive by specifying the ascertained motor torque.

  • Publication number: 20230391419
Abstract: A drive unit of a vehicle includes a motor and a crankshaft mechanically coupled by a transmission and located within a housing. The transmission includes a first gear wheel rotatable about a motor axis and a second gear wheel rotatable about a crank axis. The housing includes a first fastening region and a second fastening region, configured for fastening the drive unit to a frame interface of the vehicle, wherein, in a cutting plane through the drive unit and orthogonally to the crank axis, a longitudinal axis is defined that intersects the crank axis and the motor axis, and a first line is defined that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis and tangential on an outer circumference of the motor, and wherein the first fastening region has a first center point arranged on the first line or on a side of the first line facing away from the crank axis.

  • Publication number: 20230373591
Abstract: A frame assembly of a two-wheeled vehicle, operable with muscle power and/or motor power. The frame assembly includes a main frame, a sprung rear triangle, and at least one connecting element, which is arranged on the main frame. The connecting element connecting at least a part of the rear triangle to the main frame so as to be pivotable about a joint axis, and the connecting element being equipped for mounting a drive unit on the main frame.
