  • Publication number: 20260058237
Abstract: Rechargeable battery as an energy supply for a power tool with at least a first and a second energy storage element. At least a first retaining device for receiving and retaining the at least first energy storage element and at least a second retaining device for receiving and retaining the at least second energy storage element is included, wherein at least a subregion of an outer surface of the at least first and/or second retaining device is configured such that at least one gap for a cooling fluid is provided between adjacent retaining devices. Power tool with at least one rechargeable battery.

  • Publication number: 20250050563
Abstract: A method for producing an object having a microstructure. In the production of the objects, use is made of injection molds which have a counterstructure to the desired microstructure of the object, wherein the counterstructure of the injection mold can be obtained by laser structuring. The material and the objects produced therefrom have proven to be surprisingly robust, hard-wearing and slip-resistant, making them particularly suitable for the production of handles for power tools. A material which includes at least one thermoplastic elastomer material, wherein a texture depth of the material is in a range of from 250 to 400 ?m, preferably in a range of from 300 to 380 ?m, and more preferably about 325 ?m. In yet another aspect, the invention relates to use of the material as a surface material for power tools.

  • Patent number: 12023793
Abstract: A power tool, in particular a chipping hammer, containing a tool-fitting element for receiving and holding a tool, in particular a chisel, and an apparatus for selectively turning the tool-fitting element. The apparatus contains an impact-mechanism housing having a connecting device, a coupling element having an attachment device, and an uncoupling element for reversibly separating the coupling element from the impact-mechanism housing, wherein the coupling element is settable reversibly in a first or second position, and wherein, in the first position, the coupling element is connected releasably to the impact-mechanism housing such that the tool-fitting element is prevented from turning about an axis of rotation and, in the second position, the coupling element is movable relative to the impact-mechanism housing such that the tool-fitting element is able to be turned about an axis of rotation relative to the impact-mechanism housing.
