  • Publication number: 20220074404
Abstract: Disclosed and described is a hose for attachment to a dispensing cartridge for placement in a peristaltic pump, for stretching over a rotor of the peristaltic pump, and for conveying a medium by external mechanical deformation of the hose. The hose has a length of preferably 20 mm to 200 mm, an internal cross-sectional area of 0.07 to 7.07 mm2, and a wall thickness of 0.3 mm to 2.2 mm. Thickenings are formed at both ends of the hose and the distance between the thickenings is 40 mm to 100 mm. According to the invention, it is provided that the hose is manufactured by an injection molding process, the inner cross-sectional area has a tolerance of at most ±33%, and the hose is suitable for closing completely when stretched over the rotor with a tension force of 1 to 10 N.

  • Patent number: 10293846
Abstract: A locking device for an adjustable steering column for a motor vehicle may include an actuating shaft that is mounted such that it can be rotated about a rotational axis, that is connected to an operative element of a clamping device, and that is coupled to a rotor of a rotational damper. The rotor may be mounted rotatably in a housing and may be capable of being driven rotationally about a rotor axis by the actuating shaft. A rotational movement of the rotor may be damped in at least one rotational direction. The rotor may have at least one blade that projects radially with regard to the rotor axis and that has a contact face that makes frictional contact with a contact track on an inner face of the housing. Such a locking device has an improved rotational damper, is less complicated to manufacture, and has high acceptance in automotive engineering.

  • Patent number: 7627286
Abstract: Systems and methods of convergence beamforming are disclosed. One method embodiment, among others, comprises receiving N data streams from at least N+1 antennas, where N is an integer greater than 1; determining signal characteristics of each received data stream; and adjusting the signal characteristics of N data streams to be transmitted based on the determined signal characteristics of the received N data streams. The convergence beamforming may be achieved by the orthogonalization of received multipath channel vectors. The transmission signals from a station are adjusted corresponding to the channel characteristics of the signals received by that station.

  • Publication number: 20060058022
Abstract: Disclosed herein are various embodiments of methods, systems, and apparatuses for sending and receiving signals in a digital communication system. In one embodiment performs steps of transmitting a signal from a device with a first antenna array and calibrating the signal with a phase shift of the signal. In one exemplary method embodiment, a signal is transmitted from a beam-forming transmitter to an assisting receiver in an IEEE 802.11 wireless transmission. A return calibration signal from the assisting receiver with information regarding the phase error of signal is received by the beam-forming transceiver. The beam-forming transmitter introduces a calibration phase error to cancel the phase error as reported by the assisting receiver.
