    Abstract: An omni-directional conditioner device includes a carrier that includes a holding part for holding and rotating an object for polishing purpose; a conditioner disposed around the carrier; and a transmission mechanism connected with the carrier on one side and the conditioner on the other side, the transmission mechanism including at least one directional adjustment unit that controls the rotational direction of the conditioner. When the directional adjustment unit is set in one position, the carrier and the conditioner rotate in a same direction, and when the directional adjustment unit is set in another position, the carrier and the conditioner rotate in opposite directions.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for manufacturing molding inductor. The apparatus mainly comprises a mold and at least one magnetic force generating unit. Particularly, the mold is designed to have one or more accommodation spaces to correspondingly receive one or more coils. On the other hand, the magnetic force generating unit is configured to apply a magnetic force to the accommodation spaces after a molding material doped with magnetic ferrite powder is filled into the accommodation spaces receiving with the coil therein. Consequently, the molding material is forced by a molding stress provided by the applied magnetic force to move effectively downward in the accommodation space, such that a molded body is eventually formed in the accommodation space.

    Abstract: A wafer holding vacuum for a wafer polishing system and the wafer suction device for CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) by utilizing existing resources provided by the rotating polishing post is provided. The device introduces a channel configured in the wafer suction device. One end of the channel is exposed at downside of the holding block, and another end of the tube is exposed at lateral side of the holding block. By aforementioned configuration, the channel can suck gas and/or liquid between the wafer and the device, and can discharge them to the outer environment at the lateral side using centrifugal force naturally provided by the polishing post.

    Abstract: A packaging structure and its fabrication method are disclosed herein. The packaging structure for holding an article in a box includes at least one first supporting portion. The first supporting portion is used for providing lateral support to the article, and the first supporting portion is formed by a lateral side of a first side of the paperboard. The packaging structure further includes a second supporting portion positioned at an area of the paperboard which is for bearing the main body of the article to provide a frontal supporting force of the paper to the article, wherein the second supporting portion can be planar or curve structure. In the present invention, all the structures in the lateral side and frontal side of the paperboard can be one-piece formed by punching the paperboard. The lateral side of the paperboard can provide lateral support and buffering protection to the article, which is convenient to manufacture.

    Abstract: This invention proposed a method to operate s slit valve which utilizes existing resources around the valve to minimize the components used while solving problems associated with the mechanism-based slit valve. A slit valve module includes two solenoid valves and a cover plate with magnetic material or magnetically attractable material, one of the solenoid valves is positioned above or under the plate and another one of the solenoid valves is positioned at a side of the plate. These two solenoid valves can respectively generate horizontally and vertically magnetic forces, thereby facilitating operate of the plate. When the slit valve is closed, the slit valve can employ the weight of the plate to fall down. Moreover, when the plate approaches the vacuum chamber, the pressure difference can draw the plate. Therefore, the existing gravity and vacuum resources can be taken advantage of to use minimum magnetic energy to control the slit valve effectively and efficiently.

    Abstract: A stacking computer connector primarily comprises a connection board, a bottom connector and a top connector. The connection board includes a plurality of sets of through holes. The bottom connector is mounted on the connection board, and several protruding pins at the bottom surface of the bottom connector is locked in one set of the through holes, and the bottom connector has a dovetail-shaped seat on the top thereof. The top connector is piled upon the bottom connector, and the protruding pins are locked in another set of the through holes, and the top connector includes an accommodation space at the front bottom end thereof which has a dovetail-shaped groove on the top thereof. In accordance with the foregoing structure, the above-mentioned bottom connector is fitted in the accommodation space of the top connector. Therefore, the dovetail-shaped seat on the top of the bottom connector can be locked in the dovetail-shaped groove of the top connector.
