  • Patent number: 11057536
Abstract: The invention refers to a system for analyzing a document. Each of two measurement arrangements includes two components being a radiation source and a radiation detector, respectively. The two measurement arrangements provide measurement data and differ from each other with regard to a measurement principle, a kind of radiation source, a kind of radiation detector, a kind of relative movement between the document and a component, a kind of relative arrangement of the two components to each other, a kind of emitted radiation, a kind of received radiation or a kind of processing information about radiation emitted by the respective radiation source and/or about radiation received by the respective radiation detector. An evaluator provides data based on the measurement data. The invention also refers to a corresponding method.

  • Patent number: 10398390
Abstract: A tomography system with a beam source and a detector that is adapted to carry out a scan. While the beam source is guided along a circular or helical first trajectory about an orbital axis, a rectangular sensor surface of the detector is guided at a distance from the beam source along a circular or helical second trajectory about the orbital axis. During the scan, a yaw angle between a perpendicular bisector of the sensor surface and the plane of rotation in which the beam source is currently located has a value of greater than 0° and simultaneously smaller than 90°.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 30, 2016
Date of Patent: September 3, 2019
    Assignee: Siemens Healthcare GmbH

  • Patent number: 8303392
Abstract: An auxiliary pot shot video poker game and a poker table surface comprise a variety of unique and independent betting positions such as No Pair. A player betting on No Pair may place their bet or wager that the end outcome of poker game play will be that their hand will represent no pair, a poor outcome. Other positions of the auxiliary game may comprise one pair of 2's through 10's, one pair of Jack's through Aces, two pair, three of a kind, a straight, a full house and so on with generally increasing pay-offs as the likelihood of receiving the predicted outcome poker hand decreases. However, because these bets are independent the payoffs may be much larger than a pay-off for a standard video poker or poker table game. As a poker game continues and cards are dealt, a player of the auxiliary game may receive compensation for bets on predicted outcomes with automatically calculated pay-offs depending on the wagers places.
