    Abstract: A sterilization indicator apparatus is provided. The sterilization indicator apparatus includes a base member having a top side and a bottom side. In a preferred embodiment, the base member is constructed of a plastic material such as a polypropylene. An adhesive is applied to the bottom side of the base member. In one embodiment, a latex-free resin is employed, but other types of adhesives may also be employed. One or more indicator elements are located on the surface opposite the adhesive. The indicator elements may take any shape, such as bars, squares, circles, ellipses, or any desired shape. The indicator elements function as sterilization indicators that are capable of indicating whether or not they have been exposed to a sterilization process.
