  • Patent number: 11525276
Abstract: A segmented/modular cooling tower fan cylinder having basic segments, a motor segment and an access segment, assembled to form an hourglass shaped cooling tower fan cylinder to protect fan blades, reduce sound and vibration, and enhance performance. The segments are preferably molded fiberglass composite structures having integrally molded vertical and horizontal ribs and a horizontal rib stiffener which connects horizontal ribs of adjacent segments. A top ring stiffener is provided at the junction of each two adjacent segments in the top ring flange. Lifter bars may be provided inside a central vertical rib of the segment to secure cables or straps to hoist an assembled fan cylinder into its final location or to secure a safety harness for workers servicing equipment in the interior space defined by the fan cylinder.

  • Patent number: 11526240
Abstract: An input device such as a stylus for providing input to a touch-sensitive surface with reduced sensitivity to leakage current variations over temperature is disclosed. A passive stylus may include one or more diodes in parallel with one or more bleed resistors. The non-linear load of the diode and resistor network can be operative to provide a stylus electric field in response to a stimulation signal from an electronic device that can be capacitively coupled to, and sensed by, the electronic device. The signal sensed by the electronic device can be a function of the total leakage current, which can vary greatly as a function of temperature and frequency. In order to improve performance, the diode and resistor network, including the bleed resistor(s) and diodes within that network, can be selected and/or designed to provide a reduced variation in the leakage current and more accurate stylus detection.

  • Patent number: 11523964
Abstract: Disclosed embodiments provide an improved stimulation device for sexual gratification. An enclosure includes a moveable shaft in a phallic shape, and a vibration surface located near the base of the shaft. The arrangement allows the shaft to be inserted in the vagina of a user while the vibration surface is in contact with the clitoral region of the user. In embodiments, the enclosure comprises two concave sides and a convex opposing surface. The concave side surfaces are well suited to accommodate the legs of a user. The convex opposing surface enables a rocker mode of operation in which the user places the device on a floor surface such that the convex opposing surface is on the floor, and then straddles the device, enabling a rocking motion during stimulation, which can create an enhanced user experience.

  • Patent number: 11524128
Abstract: Provided is a blister pack for a dry powder inhaler configured to deliver a first powder medicament and a second powder medicament different from the first powder medicament. The first and second powder medicaments are contained within blister pockets defined in a strip. A series of blister pockets is defined in the strip, which series extends linearly along the length of the strip. The first and second powder medicaments are contained in blister pockets of the series. Alternatively or additionally, each of the blister pockets is elongated such as to have a largest dimension parallel with the length of the strip. These measures, either individually or in combination, enable minimizing of the width of the strip in spite of the strip accommodating both the first and second powder medicaments.
