  • Publication number: 20210400077
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein describe a server, for example a security awareness server or an artificial intelligence machine learning system that establishes a job score for a user based on the user's job title. In embodiments, the vulnerability of a user to malicious cybersecurity attacks, the propensity for the user to engage with a malicious attack, and the severity of a malicious attack likely to be sent to the user and the severity of the harm to the user's organization is the user engages with the malicious attack is represented in a user risk score. The risk score for a user of a security awareness system, or for a group of users of a security awareness system, may be calculated based on one or more of a frequency score for the user, a propensity score for the user, a severity score for the user, and a job score for the user.

  • Publication number: 20210399969
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and processes for centralized containerized deployment of network traffic sensors to network sensor hosts for deep packet inspection (DPI) that supports various other cybersecurity operations. A network sensor package containing a pre-configured network sensor container is received by a network sensor host from a network sensor deployment server. Installation of the network sensor package on the network sensor host causes execution of the network sensor container that further causes deployment of an on-premise network sensor along with a network sensor management system, a DPI system, and an intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS) system. The configurable on-premise network sensor is deployed on multiple operating system distributions of the network sensor host and generates actionable network metadata using DPI techniques for optimized log search and management and improved intrusion detection and response (IDR) operations.

  • Publication number: 20210400170
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein relate to device and method for processing frames. For example, a buffer of a device is arranged to store a plurality of rendered frames rendered at a frame rendering rate and a time stamp for each of rendered frames. A compositor of a device is arranged to obtain a timestamp of a synchronisation signal for synchronising the display of frames with a display refresh rate. In response to obtaining a timestamp of a synchronisation signal, a compositor is arranged to trigger access to a buffer to obtain two rendered frames having timestamps closest to a timestamp of a synchronisation signal. An interpolator of a device is arranged to generate an interpolated rendered frame for display by performing an interpolation operation using two rendered frames. An interpolation operation takes into account the difference between timestamps of each of two rendered frames and a timestamp of a synchronisation signal.
