  • Publication number: 20200197126
Abstract: An apparatus includes a first guide and a second guide. The first guide includes an arcuate horizontal body portion. A rear surface of the horizontal body portion is configured to closely mate with a front-facing bone structure of an alveolar arch of a patient. The second guide includes a body and a coupling member. The body defines a passageway that is configured to receive a bone reducing instrument. The coupling member is configured to mate with the horizontal body portion of the first guide. The body and the coupling member are configured to position the passageway along a second horizontal plane that is parallel with the first horizontal plane. • Publication number: 20200197547
Abstract: Mesothelin (MSLN) has been found to be overexpressed in several human malignancies: 100% of epithelial mesotheliomas, the majority of pancreatic and ovarian adenocarcinomas, more than 50% of lung adenocarcinomas and 34 to 67% of triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). The limited expression of mesothelin in normal human tissues and its overexpression in several aggressive human cancers make MSLN an attractive candidate for therapy. The objective of the inventors was to perform the nuclear imaging of TNBC xenografts with anti-MSLN single domain antibodies radiolabeled with 99mTc (99mTc-A1 and 99mTc-C6). They showed that 99mTc-A1 represent a good candidate for targeting mesothelin positive tumors. Accordingly, the present invention to an anti-mesothelin single domain antibody which is labelled with a radionuclide and its uses for imaging and/or treating cancer.

  • Publication number: 20200197005
Abstract: An apparatus for fixating bone includes an orthopedic implant. The orthopedic implant may be manufactured from a shape memory material such that the orthopedic implant is moveable between a natural shape and an insertion shape. The orthopedic implant defines at least a first cannulation therethrough adapted to deliver a bone augmentation material to the bone. The orthopedic implant implants into the bone in its insertion shape. After implantation of the orthopedic implant, the first cannulation facilitates delivery into the bone of a bone augmentation material that augments the bone. The orthopedic implant once implanted attempts to transition from its insertion shape to its natural shape such that the orthopedic implant fixates the bone.

  • Publication number: 20200204572
Abstract: Conventional email filtering services are not suitable for recognizing sophisticated malicious emails, and therefore may allow sophisticated malicious emails to reach inboxes by mistake. Introduced here are threat detection platforms designed to take an integrative approach to detecting security threats. For example, after receiving input indicative of an approval from an individual to access past email received by employees of an enterprise, a threat detection platform can download past emails to build a machine learning (ML) model that understands the norms of communication with internal contacts (e.g., other employees) and/or external contacts (e.g., vendors). By applying the ML model to incoming email, the threat detection platform can identify security threats in real time in a targeted manner.

  • Publication number: 20200198855
Abstract: A container body has a neck defining an opening with an axis. The neck includes a projection that projects radially away from the axis. A cap includes a wall that defines at least part of an exterior of the cap. The wall includes an aperture extending therethrough. The cap is removably attached to the neck and supported for movement on the neck between a first position and a second position. The wall is resiliently flexible for radial movement between a retained position and an unretained position with respect to the neck. In the retained position the projection retains the cap in the first position. The wall, in the unretained position, allows movement of the cap from the first position toward the second position.
