  • Publication number: 20150254751
Abstract: An image based consumer to business search engine is described and taught. The consumer can take a video or capture an image of an item and upload to the search engine along with an optional textual description. The returned search results are automatically contacted via email with the search information. The third party vendor can then, through a variety of channels, contact the consumer with information specific to the item, giving the consumer ample opportunity to make an informed purchasing decision. Once the consumer has decided the query is longer necessary, the query is terminated and the offers cease. Alternatively, the search results may be presented by an analytical algorithm that mines the textual description and image(s) for data to compare to existing products and vendors to create matches for the consumer.

  • Publication number: 20140193888
Abstract: This invention relates to fabric and home care products comprising one or more cold water proteases and processes for making and using such products. Such compositions provide improved cleaning and freshness. Such cold water proteases may be derived from parent enzymes, including BPN? subtilisin and subtilisin derived from Bacillus lentus, by substitution, insertion and/or deletion of one or more of the parent enzymes' amino acids.

  • Publication number: 20090170670
Abstract: A load-distribution cushion padding for engaging around a bar of a weight-lifting device and for cradling and protecting the cervical spine of a weight-lifter by absorbing shock from the bar of the weigh-lifting device while the weight-lifter is doing a squat exercise. The padding includes a tube and a ring. The tube engages around the bar of the weight-lifting device. The ring surrounds a portion of the tube and cradles and protects the cervical spine of the weight-lifter by absorbing the shock from the bar of the weigh-lifting device while the weight-lifter is doing a squat exercise. The tube is made of molded thick foam of varying degrees of open and closed foam, thicknesses, and densities. The ring is made of a shock-absorbing low-density foam. The tube has a central portion containing a circumferential groove. The ring fills the circumferential groove in the central portion of the tube, and forms therewith, a shock-absorbing tube.

  • Publication number: 20070046054
Abstract: An apparatus and method for mounting an accessory article in a vehicle interior using a clip to which the article is attached and which is mounted through an aperture in a vehicle body part. Deformable force applying ribs are disposed between the clip and the accessory and are deformed upon tightening of the fastener drawing the clip and the accessory closer together. The ribs exert a biasing force against the clip to prevent movement of the clip and the accessory with respect to the vehicle body part while drawing the clip into fixed, non-movable engagement with the vehicle body part. The ribs may be integrally molded as part of the accessory or formed on a separate member mountable between the accessory and the clip.
