  • Publication number: 20060137682
Abstract: A nebulizing apparatus for medical use with a nozzle positioning structure, in which the direction of the nozzle can be adjusted and fixed according to the user. The nozzle and the nebulizing device are connected to each other by engagement protrusion and engagement grooves. The nozzle can be pulled out, rotated to a suitable angle and then installed on the cover of the nebulizing device if a different direction of the nozzle is desired.

  • Publication number: 20050284474
Abstract: A nebulising medicine cup fixture assembly simplifies the installation of a medicine cup to a medicine cup base of an air storage tank by redesigning the connection between the medicine cup and the medicine cup base of the air storage tank and assures the secure and airtight installation of the medicine cup. The connection measure taken by the invention comprises a protrusion and a recession having a fixing and latching relation with each other and being disposed at the positions corresponding to the medicine cup base of the air storage tank and the medicine cup, so that the medicine cup rotates with respect to the medicine cup base to latch the medicine cup into a fixed position by the protrusion and the recession, and finally the medicine cup can be fixed onto the air storage tank.

  • Publication number: 20050049512
Abstract: A method for measuring blood pressure and pulse rate with a pump-less mechanical compression apparatus, wherein the pump-less mechanical compression apparatus comprises a compression assembly with a closed system air bag having a fixed air volume fastened on the human body measuring site; a sensor coupled to the air bag for sensing pressure change inside the air bag; a processor for processing the pressure change; and a display. Through the use of the mechanical compression assembly, the pressure inside the air bag can be increased and steadily released to achieve the same measuring effects as traditional sphygmomanometer/sphygmometer. The apparatus invention also comprises a deactivation assembly and an alarm for safety purpose.
