  • Publication number: 20160145577
Abstract: The invention provides a plurality of embryonic stem cell-like progenitor cells, which are isolated from a human tissue by a systemic screening of human mesenchymal stromal stem/progenitor cells and a cell sorting by a cell antigen selected from the group consisting of CD34, CD117, CD133, CD201, GloboH and combination thereof, and cultured in a medium supplemented with at least one or more steroids and one or more growth factors. The cells of the invention express CD34 and exhibit sphere-like clonogenicity in early passages and express multipotent embryonic stem cells (ESCs) like characteristics.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 9, 2015
    Publication date: May 26, 2016
Applicant: SUNSHINE LIFE SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CORP.

  • Publication number: 20110052622
Abstract: The present disclosure provides medicinally active extracts and fractions, and methods for using the same to increase eukaryotic cell adhesion, to increase differentiation of eukaryotic cells to produce increased numbers of immature dendritic cells, to enhance or accelerate condrogenesis of MSCs, to maintain undifferentiated CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells, and to inhibit or reduce the blood EPCs formation and angiogenic potential. These methods are useful for modulating immune response, modulating hematopoietic activity, inhibiting tumor angiogenesis, and engineering certain types of eukaryotic tissues.

  • Publication number: 20080247989
Abstract: The present disclosure provides medicinally active extracts and fractions, and methods for using the same to increase eukaryotic cell adhesion, to increase differentiation of eukaryotic cells to produce increased numbers of B cells dendritic cells and chodrocytes, and to maintain undifferentiated hematopoietic cells. These methods and useful for modulating immune response, modulating hematopoietic activity, and engineering certain types of eukaryotic tissues.
