    Abstract: A system for packaging abrasive articles having an inner wrapper and an outer wrapper. The outer wrapper has a portion without vents that is positioned proximate a portion of the inner layer with vents. Aligning the vented portion of the inner wrapper and the vented portion of the outer wrapper so that they do not overlap restricts the transfer of air and moisture through the packaging system.
