  • Patent number: 10820522
Abstract: An agricultural machine includes at least one processing device for harvested material and a drive train for the at least one processing device. The drive train has an output transmission stage with an output shaft for the at least one processing device. The output transmission stage includes an input gear and a grooved shaft connected in a non-rotatable manner to the input gear and the output shaft in such a manner that a drive connection between the input gear and the output shaft is achieved via the grooved shaft. The grooved shaft is provided with a ring groove defining a predetermined breaking point. The ring groove is configured in the drive flow direction between the input gear and the output shaft, and the grooved shaft is accessible through an assembly opening on an input gear side of the grooved shaft. The assembly opening is axially aligned with the grooved shaft.

  • Patent number: 9108508
Abstract: A power take-off transmission has a power take-off clutch, a hydraulic supply, a hydraulically operable piston for activating a clutch plate set of the power take-off clutch, wherein the hydraulic supply comprises a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic reservoir and a hydraulic cooler and wherein a first hydraulic line hydraulically connects the hydraulic pump to the piston and a second hydraulic line branching off from the first hydraulic line hydraulically connects the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic cooler. In order to improve the cooling capacity and lubrication of the power take-off transmission, it is proposed that the hydraulic supply comprises a third hydraulic line, which hydraulically connects the hydraulic cooler to the clutch plate set, wherein the clutch plate set is hydraulically connected to the hydraulic reservoir.

  • Patent number: 8006818
Abstract: A transmission arrangement has a transmission housing, an output shaft for driving an implement, a drive component for driving the output shaft, a clutch arranged between the output shaft and the drive component for transmitting a torque, a brake device for braking or locking the output shaft in relation to the transmission housing, an annular piston which is supported so that it is axially displaceable on the output shaft and which in a first position serves to actuate the clutch and in a second position actuates the brake device, and a freewheel device, which allows the output shaft to be rotated over a limited part of its circumference whilst in a locked state.

  • Patent number: 7766095
Abstract: The invention relates to a lower link assembly for a tractor hitch. The lower link assembly includes a first strut and a second strut. The first strut includes a channel at an end thereof and a hollow space defining first and second walls and adjacent to the channel. The second strut may be inserted into the channel. A locking element is associated with the hollow space for latching the second strut to the first strut, and may be moved between an unlocked position and a latching position. A spring pretensions the locking element in the latching position. A grip element is connected to the locking element, by means of which an operator may move the locking element into the unlocked position. The spring is biased to retain the locking element in the hollow space.

  • Publication number: 20080302547
Abstract: A handle (10) for turning a rod- or tube-formed turning corpus (54), a lift link assembly (52) and a method for producing said handle (10) is described. The handle (10) comprises deformed portions (26, 28, 30) extending parallel to an axis (12) and forming at least partially a hollow space (42, 44, 46) around the axis (12). The hollow spaces (42, 44, 46) are used for engaging with a turning corpus (54). By means of a cut-out (48) formed on the handle (10) and a protrusion (62) formed on the turning corpus (54), a torque proof connection between handle (10) and turning corpus (54) is given by engaging said cut-out (48) with said protrusion (62). It is proposed to form the deformed portions (26, 28, 30) along the axis (12) one after another, wherein at least one deformed portion (26, 28, 30) is contrarily deformed with respect to an adjacent deformed portion (26, 28, 30). Such a handle (12) can be used for adjusting a lift link assembly (52), for example on agricultural implements.

  • Publication number: 20080084048
Abstract: The invention relates to a telescopic steering arm assembly for a vehicle-implement coupling mechanism. There is a need for a steering arm assembly housing which is simple and inexpensive to manufacture. A steering arm assembly includes a steering arm, a housing, a detent mechanism and a cover. The housing has a detent channel and forms a rim surrounding an opening of the detent channel. An attaching groove is formed in the rim. The detent mechanism is movable in the detent channel to releasably holding the steering arm in the housing. The cover is mountable on the rim to cover the detent mechanism. The cover has a mounting bead which engages the attaching groove of the rim.
