Abstract: Provided herein are antibodies that specifically bind to GITR. Also described are related polynucleotides capable of encoding the provided GITR-specific antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, cells expressing the provided antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, as well as associated vectors and detectably labeled antibodies or antigen-binding fragments. In addition, methods of using the provided antibodies are described. For example, the provided antibodies may be used to enhance an immune response in a subject against cancer.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a vaccine comprising an antigen and IL-33. Also disclosed herein is a method for increasing an immune response in a subject in need thereof. Further disclosed herein is a method for treating cancer in a subject in need thereof. The methods may comprise administering the vaccine to the subject.

Abstract: A lighter is provided comprising an ignitable material for igniting when heated defining a recess along a length thereof. The lighter further includes a striker material for effectuating sparks when struck defining a protrusion along a distance thereof. The protrusion is shaped to be slidingly engaged with the recess for selectively securing the striker material to the ignitable material. Additionally the lighter includes a combustible handle including lignocellulosic material or polymer material for igniting when heated, the handle defining a cavity that selectively receives the striker material and the ignitable material when engaged.
