  • Publication number: 20220288340
Abstract: A medical tube holder comprising a face frame assembly, a strap assembly, a holding assembly and an adapter clip. The face frame assembly has a central member with a base with a first end and a second end, and an attachment rail extending therefrom between the ends. The strap assembly is attachable to the face frame assembly and is configured to extend about the head of a patient so as to secure the face frame assembly. The holding assembly includes a base plate, with an arm extending from a proximal end of the base plate and terminating at a transverse channel. The transverse channel is slidably movable along the attachment rail to attach the holding assembly to the face frame. The adapter clip includes a block member attachable to a medical tube, and, is attached to the holding assembly so as to define a maximum spacing therebetween.

  • Patent number: 11051987
Abstract: A method and system for tailoring a compression garment having a first lateral end and a second lateral end. A first tension tab releasably attachable to the compression garment; wherein the first tension tab includes at least a first indicator and a second indicator on an outer surface. The first tension tab being attachable to the compression garment and the first strap being attachable onto the compression garment adjacent or over at least a portion of the first tension tab with a first strap covering a first part of the first tension tab and terminating at a first strap end that exposes a second portion of the first tension tab. A first tension tab setting indicates whether the end of the first strap terminates adjacent or over the first indicator or the second indicator of the first tension tab.

  • Patent number: 10898390
Abstract: A method for establishing a compression level to a human limb or body part by a compression garment is shown, the garment consisting of or including a bandage having at least one closing part, which closing part is securable on the garment in a position wherein the bandage is fully or partly wrapped around said limb or body part to establish said pressure level, the method including a first step of wrapping the bandage around the limb or body part and provisionally securing it in a first position that holds the compression garment on the limb or body part without applying a compression level to said limb or body part; a second step of applying a tab with an adhesive or attaching mechanism to the garment, the tab abutting the terminal edge of the closing part; a third step of releasing the closing part from its provisionally secured position and wrapping the bandage part further around the limb or body part, using the length of the tab as a marking for a safe compression level range; and a fourth step of se
